Are you concerned that you will have to give up creamy, frothy drinks on a raw food diet?  Fear no more!  Are you interested in expanding your creamy, frothy drink repertoire beyond soymilk or dairy?  Look no further!  Lara and Jaime prove just how easy it is to make scrumptious and nutritious nut and seed milks in Vibrant Maine’s latest video: Five Milks in Five Minutes!

Sunflower Hemp Milk:

2 cups water
½ cup sprouted sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
3 dates
pinch of salt

Pumpkin Flax Oil Milk:

2 cups water
½ cup soaked pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon flax oil
3 dates
pinch of salt

Walnut Vanilla Milk:

2 cups water
½ cup walnuts
1/3 vanilla bean
3 dates
pinch of salt

Pumpkin Mint Milk:

2 cups water
½ cup soaked pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup fresh mint
2 tablespoons agave nectar
pinch of salt

Chai Milk:

2 cups water
½ soaked almonds
1 tablespoon coconut butter
4 dates
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon grated ginger
4 whole peppercorns
½ teaspoon cardamom
½ cinnamon stick
pinch of salt
